A delegation from Prince Edward County – a Canadian Municipality, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) will be visiting Kouga for five days over the priod 19 – 23 March 2018 as part of the Building Inclusive Green Municipalities (BIGM) programme.

The Canadian delegation will be welcomed at Kouga Municipality on Monday 19 March at 08:30.

The Canadian delegation will be led by Councillor Steve Ferguson, while SALGA will be led by its Eastern Cape Chairperson Clr Mxolisi Koyo and its Executive Manager Lance Joel.

Kouga Executive Mayor Clr Elza van Lingen, with her team, will receive the delegations together with invited members of the Media.
