OPENING OF COUNCIL 2019 STATE OF THE MUNICIPALITY ADDRESS
The State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) for 2019 was delivered by the Executive Mayor of Kouga Municipality, Cllr Horatio Hendricks on 28 February 2019 at the Mentor’s Country Estate.
The programme included the standard items of welcoming and an opening devotion, after which the Gamtobaqua Youth Dancers entertained the guests with traditional Khoi dancing and the Kouga Choir concluded with their stunning performance. like always.
